Shipping & Return Policies
Orders ship via FedEx, usually within 10 business days, and will be professionally packed and insured.
After your order ships, we will email your shipment notification and tracking number. The estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. We can ship your order to either a residential or a business address, but SOMEONE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN for the delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order, notify us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you’re responsible for the shipping costs. If the order is cancelled prior to shipping, we will gladly refund the full amount.
If you don’t love it, return it.
Our artwork is of the highest quality and your satisfaction is guaranteed. You have 20 days from the date of shipment to change your mind and return it. All sales are final after 20 days from the date of shipment. Pack the art and any certificates in the original packaging, making sure it is secure and will not be damaged during transit, and ship it to us prepaid and insured. We’ll give you a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Contact us at email@example.com to request an RMA (return material authorization) form. A copy of your receipt and the completed RMA must accompany the returned art. The art must arrive in perfect condition for a refund. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return transit.
Did the art arrive damaged from shipping?
We take the utmost care in packaging the art. Nevertheless, you must examine the packaging on arrival before signing for it. If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened, citing damage. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact FedEx to make arrangements with you to send an inspector to view and pick up the item. If you email pictures to us of the damaged packaging and art, it tends to speed up the process.
